The goal of these next couple of posts is to retroactively update the viewership on my adventures from my last blog post over the summer. I decided to, in addition to climbing, branch out into the sport of cyclocross with a local team / outfitter Team Spin / Litzler Automation. Cyclocross, in essence, is riding glorified road-bikes on grass, gravel, or sand. The excitement is that there are typically some "obstacles" like hurdles where the rider has to dismount the bike, pick it up, and jump over the hurdle while then remounting. I think I did about 4-5 races last fall season, and I had a great time. I am looking forward to the upcoming fall season. Enjoy some pictures below from my racing experiences!

the last time I updated my blog, it was summer of 2017. We’re going gloss over the small hiatus, and pick up from here. After California (last update) I sojourned at my typical summer abode of Fayetteville, West Virginia for 1.5 months.
